1. Я бы убогий функционал блока работ усложнил бы раз в 10
2. Открываем хелп (пока на английском). Читаем. По моему все понятно.

Contract

Both Schedule and Contract
The planning line contains expected usage for the job that should be invoiced to the customer. You use this option if the scheduled usage equals what you want to charge your customer.

3. Не совсем понятно о чем вопрос. План он на то и план, что план, и может быть не равен ничему
4. Да вроде этого не происходит.. Везде разные операции. А план равно контракту - так тип строки это и говорит.
5. Это - это что?

Идея слудущая, как я понимаю.
Есть план - для нас.
Есть план - для клиента. (может равняться плану для нас)
Ну есть факт, какой он получился.

Типа сделали такое многосценарное планирование.
